For today's post I'm going to show you how I made my own lip palette. As much as I love looking at tubes and tubes of lipsticks in my collection it gets really heavy carrying those in my train case when I do clients makeup ad opening every single one to check the color can be time consuming so I decided to pt them all in one place
WHAT I USED:
I got this from Daiso a store that sells products from Japan, I like this because it has a clear top.
Use any lip products you want as long as it doesn't break your heart to take them out of their tubes.
I bet you have this somewhere around the house I used it to melt the lippies.
Anything made of steel and can hold melted lipstick will do this ladle was the perfect size for me
(Sorry I misspelled LADLE on the photo..)
I prefer to use something wooden because when I use something made of metal the melted lipstick sticks on it then i cant stir it well.
HERE'S HOW I DID IT:
The color turned out very nice and pigmented and for me the melting process doesn't really affect the quality of the lipstick afterwards but just to be safe don't melt lipstick that are pricey or one that you really love you can just crush them in the wells with out melting them.
Thank you so much for reading!
Take care!
With much love,
Steph-G
