1) Apply hair moose to damp hair and blow dry.
2) Create large ribbon curls in the direction you want.
3) Let the curls cool and finger comb to create messy loose curls.
Tips:
-Make sure your curling iron/ wand is hot enough
-Section out the hair and curl in different directions
-Use a hairspray that doesn't way down the hair or make it crunchy
