What I Would Wear for PROM

I attended my high school prom around 4 years ago and at that time I didn't have access to the gowns and accessories I really wanted because stores didn't have a lot of choices, but now? there are great items everywhere whether it be in malls or online stores! So if I could pick out what I would wear for prom now this is the look I would go for.

I chose a ball gown to keep it young and fresh I doubt 16 year old me would wear a fitting mermaid gown :) I love the color theme because its simple and elegant and would suit my skin tone. Everything I chose are from Dressale.com so do check out their site for more beautiful dresses and accessories.

Review: FAB Lipsticks

Fab is a makeup brand from Red Logo which is kinda like Avon because you see their product in brochures and get your products from their dealers. I decided to try out a few of their lipsticks to see if I like them because they are very affordable Php 100.00 ($2.25) for each lipstick.

FAB I believe is one one of the collections and I got two lip colors.

Sheer Caramel is indeed very sheer it just adds a slight shimmer to my lips and doesn't give my lips any color at all.

Tangerine Tango does have some color pay off but it isn't that pigmented as you can see here are some spots that is covered enough but take note I really tried to apply this as even as possible.

PROS:
Very affordable
They have a variety of shades

CONS
Not moisturizing
Not very pigmented
Does not apply evenly
Can emphasize lip cracks

My Rate and Comment
To be honest I don't really like this lipstick after swatching it on my lips I felt like I had to remove it immediately .
2/5

What I would wear for Graduation Ball

Graduation Season is here which means there's another event to get all glammed up for which is the Graduation Ball! A few of my friends are graduating this month and they will be attending a ball and I'm super jealous because my school don't really organize events like this but who says I cant plan an outfit for that right? I know I wont be attending one but if I do this is what I would wear.

I like very clean and elegant long gowns and I"m just dying for an opportunity to wear one!!!

All of the items on this look is from Dressale.com
Gown
Earrings
Necklace
Clutch
Shoes

I hope you liked what i came up with.

Review on Chinabuye Makeup Sponge + Recent makeup jobs

I got this makeup sponge from ChinaBuye.com I honestly wasn't expecting much form it but I was pleasantly surprised!Because I can get a hold of the ever popular Beauty Blender I got a similar looking sponge from Etude House which cost around Php 300.00 ($ 6.76) but I didn't like it at all it did not get bigger when it got damp which I was expecting but this one form ChinaBuye that costs $1.99 did! And It actually applies liquid and foundation really nicely , I can blend it on nicely and prevents it from looking too cakey.

My Rate and Comment:
As you can see it did get larger when it got damped and that help apply the foundation lawlessly. I may not have the beauty blender at the moment but I'm very happy to have this one, its very affordable so i do recommend trying this out.
Its may be difficult to clean if you use it often so what I do is mix olive oil and dish washing soap and clean it with that until is completely clean again.
4.5/5

I used this sponge on my clients for their prom. There are some photos I hope you like them.

I'm planning to get more of these sponges for my makeup kit soon.

James Cooper Review: Makeup Brush Cleaner and Lash Glue

James Cooper is a Philippine Makeup brand named after an international makeup artist and beauty expert and the man behind the Jazzy Collection. I tried a out a few of their products and I'm very pleased with the quality and they offer products that would cater to the needs of professional makeup artist and makeup enthusiast. I'll be sharing with you my review on their Makeup Brush Cleanser and Lash Glue.

 JAZZY COLLECTION MAKEUP BRUSH CLEANSER
Price: Php 399.00 ($ 8.94)
Available at: James Cooper Stands at Watsons and SM Department Store
I got this because its not good to always deep clean your makeup brushes because the glue will loosen up and eventually the hair will start falling off so I finally got so I don't destroy my beloved brushes too soon.

I sprayed the cleaner on a piece of soft cloth and swirled it around to get rid of product, I did it three times on this brush until it turned white again.

My Rate and Comment:
Its really good but it doesn't clean the brushes with one spray and even after 3 tries there's still a bit of product left but i'am happy with it because it does the job.

JAZZY COLLECTION EYELASH GLUE
Price: Php 299.00 ($ 6.69)
Available at: James Cooper Stands at Watsons and SM Department Store
My Rate and Comment:
This is the only lash glue that can withstand my slightly oily lids, warm weather, and wind. I love the applicator because its easier to apply the glue on the lashes. Kinda pricey though but I'm willing to pay the extra money for a great quality lash glue. I had lash glues that failed on me during shoots and it is such a hassle re-applying glue.
5/5

I hope you found this useful and please let me know of James cooper products that you love :)
